We ship to contiguous United States - consists of the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. ( except for Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific )

- Order amount up to $50.00 $5 flat rate
- Order amount $50.01 to $119.99 $8 flat rate
- Order amount over $120.00 free shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are packed and shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on federal holidays are packed and shipped on the following business day (excluding weekends).
Business days that are non-holiday weekdays are Monday through Friday.
Orders placed and authorized by 12:00 PM EST on business days are packed and shipped on the same day.
Once your order leaves our store and is in the hands of your selected shipping carrier, your delivery time frame estimate begins.
Example: You place an order on a Friday night, with USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. If Monday is a holiday, which means your order is not packed to leave our store until Tuesday. Tuesday is when the 1-3 Day USPS Priority delivery time frame starts.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
The following estimates start once your order leaves our store, not from the time the order is placed.
United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail - estimated 2 to 4 business days
United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail - estimated 2 to 4 business days
United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Express - estimated 1 to 2 business days
We calculate our shipping rates based on the estimated weight and size of items in your order and your distance from us.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We would like to offer free shipping only during our promotion time. When you order at or above a certain dollar amount it will give you free shipping. You can find what that amount is by checking the front main page or the shopping cart page.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped using the most economical method regardless of available carrier selection, and typically arrive 5 to 8 business days from your receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Free shipping applies to your subtotal before shipping costs and applicable tax.
If a discount is applied that causes the order to fall below the required subtotal threshold, free shipping will not apply.
Free shipping promotions apply strictly to orders placed within the United States.
Free Shipping cannot be applied retroactively.
We cannot provide free shipping on returns that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.
Our discount/coupon codes cannot be combined with other discount offers or promotions, nor can they be applied retroactively or beyond their expiration date.
All discounts are applied before shipping, handling, and tax.
We retain the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time.
DAMAGED | DEFECTIVE | WRONGLY SHIPPED ITEMS
Returns and Exchanges
Contact our Customer Care team via email to email@example.com within 7 days.
We will assist to replace your item as quickly as possible.
If we are able to locate a replacement, we'll send it to you at no charge.
We will then ask that you return the damaged/defective/wrongly shipped item to us using our free return service.
Please make sure to include all original product packaging and tags, as opened or damaged items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. By damaged, we mean items that are not reported as such at the time you initiate the replacement process with us, yet that we receive in non-sellable condition.
Refunds will only be processed when we receive the item back in our shop.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged by us.
Once packages leave our hands and go into the care of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which by default include tracking numbers and will insure up to $50 on your shipment.
A signature may be required for delivery on domestic shipments valued at $150 or more, sent via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Beware the autofill! We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, address corrections, or package returns if you supply us with an insufficient or incorrect address. We reserve the right to charge an address correction fee (up to 12.00 USD). Furthermore, you the customer are responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges for re-delivery to the corrected address. The initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. So please to make sure the correct address is entered the first time.
Any purchases during sales periods & discounted items are final sale.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are unused in saleable condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Full-price merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Sale merchandise are final.
If items arrive damaged or defective you must notify us via email within 7 days of package receipt.
If we are not notified of a damaged or defective item, yet we receive your return/exchange item in non-sellable, damaged condition, it may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Purchases during the holiday season (November 14-December 24) may be returned until January 14 of the following year.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify that you would like to return the item and state the reason for the return.
We require that you include a copy of the original order packing slip with your return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry items (earrings) and personal care item (body wash, essential oil, body oil, lip butter).
We provide return shipping labels at no cost for defective, damaged, and wrongly shipped items only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING
WHAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). The item price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes, and shipping charges. Rockin Design Select LLC has no control over the duty process and is unable to provide information about possible duties, charges or rates in advance.
We reserve the right to contact you for further information, and in the case of large orders, we reserve the right to request a written/faxed/emailed confirmation of your order. To that end, it is important to ensure your contact information is correct at the time of placing the order.
Rockin Design Select LLC cannot reimburse you, the customer, for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.
WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Please remember that delivery of international orders may take additional time to arrive, depending on the amount of time needed to clear customs.
A signature may be required for delivery on shipments valued at $150 or more.
When placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Rockin Design Select LLC may not legally misrepresent the customs value of packages.
Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
At this time, we unfortunately cannot facilitate returns, exchanges, re-ships, or re-credits on orders shipped outside the United States.
Orders received to our shop without a return authorization are not eligible for credit.
Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped internationally.
